3) Fill in the name of one of the charities listed below

 Donations will NOT be given in your name, and you will not receive a receipt, or any kind of donation credit due to the donation not being an additional charge to your order. All donations will be sent at the end each financial quarter. An order does not qualify for a profit-donation until the order's return period has passed. If an order does not have a specific charity requested, we reserve the right to choose freely which charity will get the portion of our gross profit from that order.
